Dr. Matt Wickham enjoys seeing patients of all ages while specializing in the pre- and post-operative care of refractive surgery patients. Dr. Wickham graduated with honors from the University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Optometry in 1993. After graduating from optometry school Dr. Wickham made St. Louis his permanent home.
Dr. Wickham spent 17 years with TLC Laser Eye Centers as the Clinical and Executive Director. Additionally, he served as the Regional Director for surgery centers in Little Rock, Memphis and Billings, MT. Dr. Wickham has served as Trustee for the St. Louis area for the Missouri Optometric Association. He also sits on the Board of his local church, First Baptist Harvester, JoyFM radio station, and as a Committee Member to the Board of Vision Service Plan (VSP), the largest eyecare insurance company in the world. VSP serves over 30,00 eye doctors and 70 million people in North America. Dr. Wickham is married to his high school sweetheart and has three grown daughters. Dr. Wickham co-founded Regional Eyecare with his friend and classmate Dr. Lisa Mackey upon purchasing the former practice of Dr. Gerald Pacino in 2005.
Dr. Wickham recently became the first optometrist in the state of Missouri to receive the Raindrop inlay to correct near vision. In his spare time Dr. Wickham enjoys Cardinals baseball, traveling and hiking.
